To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit sum equal to 30% of the package price must be paid within 2 weeks of your initial booking request.
The balance of the package price is due 12 weeks prior to your departure date
Payments are expected to be made through bank transfer in Euros.
Trip insurance is the responsibility of the guests themselves. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and medevac insurance covers.
Once a booking is made we incur significant expenses and long term commitments on your behalf. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds if you are compelled to cancel less than 12 weeks before your trip begins. If you cancel your trip earlier than twelve weeks before your departure date, we will refund any payments made minus your non-refundable deposit.
If you have to cancel your trip after having paid the deposit or balance, the following options are available to you.
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, HHS is forced to cancel your trip, we will offer rescheduling of your booking to a later date in the same season in which you are booked(if available) or give you a full credit for one of the following 3 years.
Refunds are given only for the inability to fly due to poor weather or mechanical breakdown. No refunds are given in whole or in part for unused days within the package due to late arrival or early departure. If you decide to come in early on a skiing day or not ski at all on a skiing day, no refund will be given should the guaranteed flight time not be reached.
Refunds for unused hours will not be made in cases where injury, illness, a lack of fitness or an unwillingness to continue skiing is the reason for not utilizing the time allotted under the package.
For Himalayan Exclusive Private Packages, if, due to bad weather or mechanical problems the group does not manage to fly the entitled hours, refunds are made on the following basis, refund rate per hour of helicopter flying time unused being Euro 3’000/- per hour. Instead of refund, guests have the option to receive a non-transferable credit(a higher value than the refund).
All decisions to fly and ski are based upon current or predicted weather, snow and avalanche hazard conditions. The guides reserve the right to restrict or deny skiing at any time. As a guest you recognize, accept and agree to abide by all decisions made by our guides. This policy is designed for your own safety and skiing.

Should the entire group not reach the guaranteed flight time due to weather or mechanical breakdown or conditions, unused time is averaged over the group and refunded at set rate each season.
Instead of refund, guests have the option to receive a non-transferable credit (a higher value than the refund) divided amongst the group.
